# Webinar: The only constant is uncertainty

Share

Join Chris Randle for a one-to-one discussion with event director Shanelle Barrett; talking about the uncertain times ahead for events, as New Zealand faces its first Level 4 lockdown in over a year.

We'll be discussing:

- How to decide whether to cancel, reschedule or postpone your event - using a risk-based approach with scenario planning.
- Who do you need on your advisory team (operations, partnerships, health & safety, marketing, media, finance, legal)?
- The importance of making decisions based on what is known at any given time. Making decisions is scary, but making no decisions may be worse.
