Roger leads the growth team at Blerter - marketing, sales and customer success. He is focused on managing the team, processes and activities to grow Blerter into an internationally successful business.  

Roger has over twenty years experience working in senior management roles and executive positions, mostly building new business capability and capacity. From working with a wide range of start-ups, high growth SMEs, and multinational corporations, he understands how to envision actionable strategies, plan and execute, and enable good decision making. Roger has been effective at implementing change by building great teams, designing lean processes & systems, and just getting things done.

Through his own consulting business, Roger has worked on a number of consulting assignments across Australia and New Zealand, focused on technology and innovation driven projects. These included writing marketing plans, major IT project governance, change implementation, and business strategy & planning.
